CIGO Association Announces Scholarship Program

San Diego, April 8, 2021 The Certified Information Governance Officers Association (CIGOA) today announced a new scholarship program for professionals in the Information Governance (IG) profession who have been out of work and are looking for a career transition. This year, four full training scholarships will be awarded, providing access to the CIGO certification training and mentoring program, which has been utilized by major companies including Honeywell, Hormel, and Delta Airlines. “We’d like to do our part to help those who have been impacted by the pandemic, and are looking to upgrade their credentials in their search for employment,” stated Robert Smallwood, Chair of the CIGO Governing Board.
